Ladder Side Stops are used as guides for ladders, lumber, pipes, etc. They can be positioned anywhere along a crossmember and fastened with the nut and lock washer (provided) or with an accessory knob (available inexpensively). Ladder Side Stops and are available in two versions. The standard Ladder Side Stop comes in heights of 4" and 7" and requires 3" of crossmember space for mounting. The Ladder Side Stop/Anchor version includes a hole for tying off ropes, etc. however it requires 5" of crossmember space for mounting. They are vinyl coated and made from 1/4" x 1" aluminum, fasteners are stainless steel.
